Echo of a Rose — Opens the SPAC run and debuts Rick's new Lemurian Sceptre guitar in a big way. Immediately heads for dark territory and builds nicely around a theme extremely similar to the Grateful Dead's "Let It Grow."
Dustin Hoffman — 2026 "Dustin" riffing with a nice little twist. The jam escapes the usual straight-ahead funk build for some floaty minor-key dissonance before returning to form.
2Strange Overtones — David Byrne & Brian Eno.
MEDIA — Augmented by The Disco Biscuits' lasers, Goose taps into the "HYPERGOONTZ" for some craziness in this version.
The Empress Of Organos — With an impending thunderstorm, the band lays waste to SPAC as they develop a thick and churning evil motif. The boil gets more and more forceful as the jam progresses, wrapping the nearly two-hour first set on an insane note.
Thatch — Escapes typical "Thatch" play thanks to heavy synth pad work from Peter that inspires Cotter. Rick and Trevor poke through the space as they spar, hinting at bliss with a theme similar to the MPP "Arcadia." Imperceptibly infusing the jam with notes of unease, Rick inspires the band to go into a churning, evil mode akin to the 1/30/22 "Wysteria." Trevor continued his incredible play as Peter went in a jazzy direction on piano, the jam getting a lot of added depth as they raged through the darkness.
2So Ready — With Marc Brownstein on bass and DJ Marb Menthols on turntables.
So Ready — Marc Brownstein joins the party on bass as Trevor becomes his DJ Marb Menthols alter ego on turntables. Short-lived due to the impending curfew, but a great time nonetheless.
