Trevor-forward full band interplay with Spuds mimicking a violent half-speed thrash metal death march creates space for Rick to swirl brain-breaking minor-key runs over a bed of extra-terrestrial synths. If aliens ever attack, they’ll come blaring a six-minute loop of this jam on repeat from their flying saucer Alpines. The accidental second jam features some fine clav-work from Peter and an extended moody intro to “Nights in White Satin”.
